CAMP POLICIES

All campers must have a complete registration profile and a signed waiver on file prior to attending camp. Campers without completed documentation will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds will be issued. All campers, parents/guardians, and visitors are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior both on-site and during all camp-related activities. Any behavior that disrupts camp operations or compromises safety may result in disciplinary action. Serious or repeated behavior issues—including bullying, yelling, physical aggression, theft, or other disruptive conduct—will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from camp. If a camper is suspended or removed due to a violation of this Code of Conduct, no refunds or credits will be issued.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All camp tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration or by the stated due date. Past-due balances may be automatically charged to the payment method previously used. Credits will be issued only if a full camp day is cancelled or if a camper is absent due to illness with a valid doctor’s note. Credits expire at the end of the same camp session for which the original payment was made.

Refund Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be retained on all refunds. This fee is charged by credit card companies and is non-recoverable. We do not retain any portion of refunded payments. This processing fee is non-negotiable and cannot be refunded or credited.

PHOTO RELEASE

The Camp regularly takes photographs, audio recordings and videos of participating children and retains all rights, title and interest therein. The Camp takes care that use, display, and dissemination of these materials are accomplished in a thoughtful and safe manner. They may be shared with Parents/Guardians and other families in a variety of ways. By participating, you give permission for the Camp to take photographs, audio recordings, and videos of your child(ren) and to use them as described above.

Parents/Guardians may not take photographs, audio recordings, or videos of any other children, staff, or families at the Camp. Participating children are also prohibited from taking photographs, video, or audio recordings on personal or other devices, except during activities where the use of devices are permitted as part of a program. In no event should any content be transmitted, uploaded, posted online, or shared electronically. Upon the Camp’s request, Parents/Guardians and children will delete any such content from devices, sites, platforms, or other media.

TOILET TRAINING / BATHROOM INDEPENDENCE

Children are expected to be fully toilet trained and able to use the bathroom independently. This includes not wearing diapers/training pants, not having daily or frequent accidents, being able to anticipate and communicate if they need to go to the bathroom and stop what they are doing with enough time to get to the bathroom, being able to take off their clothes and put them back on without assistance as needed, wiping/cleaning themselves after using the toilet without assistance, and washing and drying hands. Reasonable accommodations will be explored for children with documented medical conditions.

By enrolling their child in our Summer Camp, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and Policies.
